You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register a 7vv Account or use any feature of the platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. 7vv reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and genuine deposited funds may be returned subject to regulatory requirements.
To register a 7vv Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You represent that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. You are obligated to update your Account information if any registered details change. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is strictly permitted to hold one (1) 7vv Account. The registration or operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Detected duplicate accounts will be merged or permanently closed at 7vv's discretion, and associated balances may be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact 7vv support immediately.
The following categories of persons are strictly prohibited from holding or operating a 7vv Account: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law; (c) employees, officers, directors, or contractors of 7vv or its affiliated entities; (d) immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, or sibling) of 7vv employees actively involved in platform operations; (e) persons who have been formally self-excluded from the 7vv platform or any affiliated platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7vv Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 7vv strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, which provides an additional layer of security via SMS OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number. 7vv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
7vv is required under its international gaming license to conduct identity verification on all Accounts before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and reverse sides; (b) a recent selfie photograph holding your CNIC alongside your face; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where required. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission. 7vv may request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence at any time.
7vv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a breach of these Terms is identified or suspected; (b) fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is identified or reported; (c) a court order or regulatory directive requires account action; (d) the Account is inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months. Players retain the right to withdraw verified real-money balances from suspended accounts unless the suspension is conduct-related and subject to regulatory review.

All transactions on 7vv are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 7vv does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR-denominated transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the moment of transaction confirmation, which may differ from the rate at initiation. 7vv accepts no liability for exchange rate movements between initiation and confirmation of cryptocurrency transactions.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or withdrawal activity) for a period of twenty-four (24) consecutive months may be subject to inactivity procedures in accordance with 7vv's licensing requirements. 7vv will attempt to contact the Account holder at their registered email address and phone number prior to initiating any inactivity procedures. Players may reclaim inactive balances by contacting 7vv support and completing any required re-verification.
All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by 7vv are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms form part of the overall agreement between you and 7vv. In case of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus funds already credited to player Accounts at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting. 7vv will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes to ongoing promotions via in-platform notification or registered email where operationally practical.

All intellectual property on the 7vv platform — including but not limited to the 7vv brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software code, written content, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 7vv or its licensed content providers. No User is granted any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any 7vv intellectual property without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of 7vv intellectual property may result in legal action. Feedback and suggestions submitted by Users to 7vv may be used by 7vv without obligation to compensate the submitting User.
7vv collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which constitutes a separate document forming part of the overall agreement with Users. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be legally excluded under applicable mandatory consumer protection law.
7vv reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Users via their registered email address and/or via an in-platform notification displayed prominently upon the next login following the change. Your continued use of the 7vv platform after notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7vv holds its international gaming license. Any matter not covered by the licensing jurisdiction's laws shall be supplemented by internationally recognised principles of commercial law.
In the event of any dispute between a User and 7vv relating to the operation of the platform, game outcomes, bonus settlement, or withdrawal processing, the following process applies: (a) the User must first contact 7vv support via live chat or email and allow 7vv 7 business days to resolve the matter; (b) if the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction within 7 business days, the User may escalate the matter to 7vv's licensing jurisdiction's designated dispute resolution body; (c) decisions of the dispute resolution body are binding on both parties. 7vv commits to cooperating fully with the dispute resolution process.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
